When the World was born they forgot to give Croatia the Alps and they gave us the sea without waves so we had to do something, to find a good substance for a snow tracks. In the year of 2006th in the bay of Zrce was opened one more wakeboard cable in Croatia. The cables on salt water are rarity in the World but it does not mean that they are not good.
There are only few cables built on salt water, one of them is Cable Pag.

As we said before, ski lift is situated on island Pag, on Zrce beach, near town Novalja. Probably everybody heard about it, so when u will drink cocktails there, just look 200 m in front and you will see brightness of the day, :) cable park.
 

Wakeboard globally has two main directions - boat wakeboard - being towed by a boat, and cable wakeboard - riding on cableway systems.
Recreational riders are people of all ages and skills, but the pros are generally younger group, between 15 and 25. Wakeboarding is more than just a sport, like other "extreme" sports, it's a lifestyle.
There are over 100 wakeboard and waterski cableway parks around the world, more then 40 of it in Germany, on natural and artificial lakes. Cableways are ecologically acceptable - the electric drive influences environment much less than the boats.

The cable can go up to 60 km/h but it will keep some constant, about 32km/h. The main tower is 10-10,5 m high. In same time 7 people can cruise around the cable.

When u feel that is a time for pause on a platform is a bar with restaurant where you can chill around, peep into the store with style equipment, shower from salt water or you can just sleep on the sun on a big terrace (200m2).
